Preview terms, in plain words.
A product in preview.
Reprr is a preview product of Cloudsolutions Inc, registered in California, United States. These draft terms describe the proposed guided trial. A written team-specific scope and final reviewed terms must be agreed before participation.
Review before use.
The preview is supplied without a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, subject to the final agreement. Reprr does not merge or deploy code. A person must review each branch, its check results and report before deciding whether to use the changes.
Your repository. Your tickets.
You retain ownership of your repository and tickets. The trial covers one approved GitHub repository and agreed Jira work. Connect only systems you have authority to use and agree the scope before work begins. A request to work on a ticket does not approve a merge or deployment.
Usage and fees.
There is no Reprr fee during the trial. Reprr funds up to 100 million combined input and output tokens per team for the full trial, subject to the written agreement and supported models confirmed during setup. Actual usage from failed attempts, retries and cached or reused input counts once. The trial ends four weeks after that team starts or when the token allowance is used, whichever occurs first. There is no fixed ticket target. The trial includes two 30-minute calls, one every two weeks; written feedback is optional. Post-trial pricing is undecided; paid continuation requires a separate agreement.
Ending participation.
The final written agreement will specify early termination and its effect on ongoing work. Revoke connected access when participation ends and coordinate any work in progress with Reprr. The intended period for inactive access inquiries is 12 months after the last contact. Deletion is not yet automatic, and we are finalizing how that period applies to messages and backups. To request deletion, use the privacy request form.
Contact and governing law.
Cloudsolutions Inc is registered in California, United States. Governing law and dispute terms remain for review in the final agreement. Questions about the trial or a written scope can be sent through the request-access form.
