Frequently asked questions
Clear answers. Useful next steps.
01What does Reprr do?
Reprr takes a clearly scoped Jira ticket, works in a connected GitHub repository, runs the repository's checks, and returns a branch with a report. Your team reviews the result and decides what to merge.
02Is Reprr available as a self-serve product?
Reprr is in guided early access. The initial trial is set up with each team; signing up for an account does not grant a trial or access to a workspace.
03What does the trial cost?
There is no Reprr fee during the four-week trial. Reprr funds up to 100 million combined input and output tokens per team, subject to the written trial terms. The trial ends when four weeks pass or the allowance is used. Post-trial pricing is undecided; paid continuation needs a separate agreement.
04How is our repository protected?
Reprr runs code in an isolated environment and keeps service credentials outside that execution. The team agrees on the repository and scope before a trial, and a person reviews every delivered branch.
05Can we choose the AI model?
Teams can choose from the models Reprr supports for their trial. Available choices are confirmed during setup.
06What happens if a run cannot finish?
The report marks the work as blocked or failed and explains the reason. Reprr does not present an unfinished branch as a completed delivery.
07What do we need to connect?
For the current trial, one Jira project or agreed ticket scope and one GitHub repository. Other trackers and repository hosts are not yet part of the trial.
08How do we get access?
Send an access request with your team and a sample ticket. We save it for review and follow up at the address you provide if there is a fit for the trial. Trial teams receive branches and reports; customer workspace access is a later step.
09Does Reprr merge or deploy code?
No. Reprr delivers a branch and validation evidence for your team to review. Your team controls merging and deployment.
10Can we run Reprr in our own cloud?
That is a future goal, not an option offered in the current guided trial. We will agree on the trial's environment and access in writing before work begins.
11Is there a price after the trial?
Post-trial pricing has not been decided. Any paid continuation requires a separate agreement.
